UPFA will take control of EPC ?

Political anylits say the United People Freedom Party will take control of Eastern Provincial Council.
The reason is they got the huge lead in Batticolao.The lead was 47,739 votes.In Batti UPFA secured 105341 votes.UNP secured 58602.UPFA lost Trincomalee.The difference is nearly 10,500 votes.This results indicates Mr.Pillayan will assume his duties as the Chief Minister of the  provincial council.
