Sri Lanka's Army Commander Lt. General Sarath Fonseka says any kind of a war victory to LTTE chief in future is a daydream.

Addressing a special TV program last night the Army Commander said the LTTE Chief Velupillai Prabhakaran will not get up again to realize his dream kingdom.

According to the Army Chief nearly 15,000 LTTE cadres were killed by the security forces during the last two and half years.

In the same period nearly 2,000 security personnel were also killed, Lt. General Sarath Fonseka pointed out.

He said that the LTTE organization has managed to strengthen their cadres as well as the military equipment during the ceasefire from 2002 until its abrogation in 2007.

According to the Lt. General Sarath Fonseka the number of LTTE cadres increased to 15,000 as a result of the ceasefire.
