GCE O/L exam on December 10

The GCE O/L examination of this year is to be held from December 10th to the 20th.

529, 720 candidates are to sit for the Exam Island wide. 399,163 are school candidates. 3, 987 examination centres are to be set up throughout the country. More centres are to be set up in the north east province than the last time. Centres will be set up in India also for the displaced refugee students.

 

School candidates should apply for identity cards through the Principal of their schools. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without the National Identity Card. Examinations will begin at 8.30 a.m., said the Commissioner of Examination, Anura Edirisinghe.
