Home guards shot and killed by the LTTE in Trincomalee

The LTTE shot and killed a home guard while he was resting in his house at Jeyanthi Nagar in Thambalagama yesterday morning.  They had taken away his uniform and the T 56 rifle and fled the scene. The Police are investigating the killing.
