The era that took decisions about when and where to hold peace talks from Killinochchi has been changed by his government says Minister of Foreign Employment Promotion and Welfare and spokesman for National Security Keheliya Rambukwella. He said this at a media briefing held yesterday in Colombo.

He said what ever is said the government would not allow the tiger organization to decide where and when the peace talks should be held. He added that the government was prepared to commence peace talks at anytime but would not bow down to the conditions of tiger terrorists.

Speaking further Minister Rambukwella said certain individuals are engaged in programmes to underrate the victories achieved by Security Forces and are making statements to belittle the achievements of war heroes. He said the government abhors such moves that bring down the morale of the Security Forces.
