Uyilankulam road not opened yet

image The Uyilankulam Road leads to the uncleared area in Mannar and it was not opened for the second day, yesterday.

 

Due to the continuous and heavy shell attack in the area the ICRC did not return for duty, as there is no guarantee for the security of their members, hence the road is being closed. Normally this road was opened for three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This road will remain closed until the ICRC returns to work.
