LTTE internal conflict

The LTTE internal conflict has reached its peak.

A clash erupted between the sea tiger intelligence group recently in the Mullaitivu Alampil area. Earlier Soosai Thillayampalam Sivanesan fled to Singapore due to a discontent with Prabakaran during the peace period. But the relationship was re-established by Anton Balasingam. Soosai laid some conditions, which was accepted by Prabakaran and Soosai returned back to Vanni. Now after the demise of Anton Balasingam, Prabakaran’s men are planning to eliminate Soosai and his family. In the attempt to kill him, he escaped with a fracture in the rib and is being treated at the Ponnambalam hospital. But his son was killed.

 

One of the leader’s Varani Vinayagam said that Soosai was injured in a boat mishap and is recovering after treatment.

 

LTTE has been silent in this regard so far and now they say he was injured in the boat mishap. The Polikandy people of the Diaspora have raised this question. Sellappa Jegatheesvaran of Mandikai, Vadamaratchi is being appointed as the senior commander of the LTTE outfit.
