Launch of a Police station at Chilawathurai

The inauguration of a police station at the recently liberated Chilawathurai of the Mannar district will be held tomorrow.

 

The guests of honour will be the Deputy Inspector General Mahinda Balasuriya, Police Superintendent for Wanni R.S.P. Sriwardena, S.S.P. Nihal Kudahetti and S.S.P. Murungan Jayasinghe.

 

The Police station at Chilawathural will have a strength of 75 policemen, according to information of the Police Department.
