Search operation in Suburbs of Colombo

Forty two Tamil nationals were taken into custody during a search operation conducted this early morning in the suburban areas like Wellampitiya and Kottihawatte etc.

 

They were arrested because they could not submit documents to establish their identity. The investigations are in progress. The search operation was conducted jointly by Police and security forces.
