The Colombo Additional Magistrate Gihan Ranawaka has called for a full report on the arbitrarily arrest of Major Sunil de Silva who had been granted anticipatory bail. The Magistrate blamed the Terrorist Investigation Division (TID) for not adhering to the court order and sternly ordered the OIC of the Division to be summoned to court next week.
