Kindelpitiya released on bail

Journalist Susil Kindelpitiya was granted bail by the Colombo High Court today after the lady who lodged a complainant against him said her statement given by the Court by the police was incorrect.

The lady also said in an affidavit to the Court that she never saw a weapon in Kindelpitiya’s vehicle at the time of his arrest.
