Colombo High Court to hear poll’s petition

The Colombo High Court today decided to take up the petition filed by General Sarath Fonseka against President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s appointment as President following the Presidential polls held in January this year.
Accordingly the case will be heard on September 13, 14 and 15 this year.
