Talks dates out tomorrow

A senior LTTE official on Sunday expressed belief that dates for the forthcoming talks between the government and the group would be finalised tomorrow. Kilinochchi-based Daya Master said that the dates would be announced following Norwegian peace envoy Jon Hanssen-Bauer’s visit there tomorrow. "We would also decide on the delegates to the Oslo confab," he said, emphasising that LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran would not be in anyway engaged in the deliberations. LTTE Political Leader S. P. Thamilchelvan would continue to lead the team, he said.
