Diesel arrives in Jaffna

The standstill of transport in Jaffna for the last few days began to return to normal after the arrival of diesel.
Diesel was transported to Jaffna by ship and was distributed to the Jaffna, Karainagar and Point Pedro CTB depots. Now the CTB is operating services from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm. The schools have begun to operate as usual.
The powerhouse at Kankesanturai also started its normal service from 5:00 to 7:00 in the morning, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
