Reporter against the torture is to visit

UN special reporter and representative against the torture, Maufred Novah is to visit Sri Lanka. During her visit she is to study the present situation in Sri Lanka personally visiting all over the country and will submit a report to the UN.

 It is not known whether she is to visit the torture centres in the LTTE areas such as Rango Ru at Vallipuram jungle where Mohanraj is in charge, Anandapuram torture centre, and Vadduvakkal torture centre. Thousands are being detained in these torture centres for several years.
