Two students killed, nine persons injured in explosion in Jaffna

Two students were killed and at least nine others were injured in an explosion in Colombuthurai, Jaffna, our correspondent said.

He said that the explosion took place at Hindu Maha Vidyalaya. 

The police spokesman in COlombo said that the two children had found the greande near the school and it exploded when they tried o throw it away
